Have you checked the software you already own? Maybe if you post what you have you can get some targeted responses and not have to buy anything new.

I just did a search within my Photoshop Elements software and found it has a greeting card option.

You can even do them in Gimp.

The best I've found, and easiest to use, is Hallmark Card Studio. Costs about $50, but it includes card stock and envelopes.

What printer are you using. A lot of printers come with software for projects like that , calendars, etc. Check their website if not. Red River Paper has some templates for LR, etc.

I used to do a lot of printing on cards 5x7. I have inkjet and laser card stock and envelopes that I no longer use. If anyone is interested in buying some, please message me. At one time, in the early 2000's I was printing photo cards for country clubs, schools, local hotel, other stores. I was also creating cards for invitations, and note cards.

I can post some photos if anyone is interested.

look at Red River paper. They have the cards, the envelopes and templates for you to do it yourself.

I love the Missoula and Kalispell area. Beautiful country.

I have had very good results and numerous sales over the years using a company called Photographers Edge. They have many options to choose from.

InDesign is a little pricey (maybe you have it bundled in a CS suite), and takes a little learning, but it's pretty intuitive and really versatile in printing all kinds of material, especially when you want to combine images and words.
Indeed, I do essentially all my printing of Photoshop images in InDesign. It makes printing 2-up 5x8 images really easy, and reprints of a selection of pictures is a snap.

I have used Hallmark's program for many years for cards, calendars, small signs, and sometimes stationary. It is easy to use and the cost was about $29 for the program and many extras.

I just created my Christmas cards for this year from Optimalprint.....uploaded my chosen photos, created my own message, picked font, etc. card stock size and quality...dragged this and that.... 40 cards with envelopes came to $43. they always have discounts and the quality of what I get back in a week is outstanding.
