The minimum safe internal temperature for turkey is 165°, easily achievable at a 350° cooking temperature. In fact, the turkey can be taken out of the oven when the meat thermometer reads 155°-160° since the internal temperature will continue to rise as it rests.

Good point but there's no ° for Kelvin.
I guess 350° F would still be safe (but I had to check - I don't get Fahrenheit)
