I did many hikes at Yosemite all where amazing. I was told I wouldn't like Yosemite as much as Yellowstone and I have to say to see Yosemite you can't just do it in the car you have to get out and hike it.
I am not a petite person by any means but love a challange. I am from Wisconsin and the altitude really kicked my A&&. after a day or two I was able to do the hikes with a little more ease. I loved this park.
On the first photo to get to that spot was a lot of work and the rocks I climbed where huge (:

Beautiful. I like the waterfall and love the fawn! Have you ever noticed the more you work for a shot it seems to have more meaning to you even if no one else gets it?

Yes I do and I loved working for these ants thanks
Nice shots. I have backpacked about 300 miles of Yosemite and it is my favorite place on the planet! Next time go to the top of Glasier Point for some amazing pictures that you do not have to hike to to get. Beautiful images!

Thanks for the first one I went off the path and climbed boulders and got closer to the river from the bottom.
real nice photos, if you get a chance hike up to may lake, then take a short step or two to the right and see the top of the world.
How nice to be able to go to such a wonderful place and take photos. I love the little fawn. Great photos.

Sounds like most die of exhaustion before they get there - - so none make it back with their photos
Hard choice though between {Yosemite / Redwoods} and Yellowstone as which would be the favorite - -

I went to all 3 of those parks on this trip. I this falls I did make it to the top and I think coming down was harder in some spots the incline is so steep that my toes got jamed in my hiking boots and I ended up with bruses on my toes. All worth it. All the hikes I took where awesome.
