trying to change title comes up cant complete because folder or file is open in another programe ?? dont get it ? only programe open is my pictures ? help

Perhaps a slide show, or a photo editing, or a window open with a picture on it...... I have run into the same thing, there is something going in the background someplace... Good luck it can be frustrating

Is one of the files isn't being used as your Desktop image? If i'm not mistaken, that happened to me once.

found the answer ?? when u start comp go straigt to my pictures open go to the ones u want to rename go ahead change presto all ok have a try and let me no outcome AL
