Just a few I can recall from the news the last few years:
1. many of people standing or stepping front of a moving vehicle
2. a few stepping off into an open manhole - in at least one case landing on and injuring a worker down below
3. a few who stepped off cliffs or piers/high buildings trying to get a better background, angle etc. One backed off a cliff into the Grand
Canyon.
4. getting too close to a large animal wild or otherwise to pose with the animal and finding the animal didn't like you being in their private
space
5. at least one who stepped into a HOT spring trying for a better selfie - I don't remember if the cause of death was "boiled alive" or
drowned but by the time they got gear to fish the person out the body was definitely "well done".
It's those darn point and shoot cameras. They're deadly!!
