Since Roe V Wade was approved about 50 million abortions have been performed. 20 million of them were black babies. Blacks account for about 10% of the population but 40% of abortions. The black population has been greatly deminished by abortion. It is obvious that according to blacks, as abortion shows--black lives DON'T matter

In Chicago, blacks are gunned down by other blacks on a daily basis. So your thesis of Black Lives Don't Matter also applies in Chicago.
