It is a sentence. If you cannot figure that out then that it is your problem, you should have gone to school.

I'll be a saint and point you in the general direction of an enlightening source of information for your limited experience with reading comprehension. Presumed predicate. (I suppose that is not a sentence either. Duh.) Or delve deeper into presumed subject or modifier etc.

There are numerous authors using this conversational style. It is very popular and is overused by the ghost writers for best selling fiction reads. It is fast, resembles conversation and is appropriate for people with limited attention spans and as a result is ideal for many of the pillocks on this section of the site. Read a book, learn to distinguish verbs, modifiers and nouns. I am ending this vacuous discussion now because you probably haven't read this far and are now hot-footing to the library in a futile effort to try to learn something.
By the way, I do not presume to be any type of an author with any kind of "style".
