Lost my Adobe apps

I have a monthly subscription to Lightroom Classic CC but I lost all the associated apps when my computer crashed and Windows10 had to be re-installed (not by me, however). Is there a fairly painless way of getting my Adobe Lr/Ps app back on my desktop?
Thanks in advance for any advice. ~FiddleMaker

Sure!! Download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop from Adobe.com. You will have to sign in with your login info. From there, after it has been installed, you'll be able to download all of your former apps. It's pretty easy! PM me for assistance.

Mark, thanks much. I'll try this now since I am sitting here in front of computer.

Mark, Adobe is telling me that I need to shell out another $9.99 a month +tax. Somehow it doesn't know I already have an active subscription.

I don't think that is an additional fee. Institute another Chat and tell them to transfer the license from your old Windows to the new one. Installing a new Win10 mimics a new computer. Explain to them that you had to reinstall a clean version of Win 10 on your computer. I doubt you will be charged twice for the monthly subscription.
Good luck,
Mark

You can have Adobe installed on two computers. You need to remove it from the one that crashed. If you can not do it in your online profile, contact Adobe, and they will help you fix it.

Mark, I finally managed to get this resolved. Part of the problem was that Adobe had on file and was relying on my old email address and my nickname of "Skip". It took me about 3 hours using their chat mode to resolve this. I was very happy to see a successful download of Lr Classic CC and see the Lr icon appear on my desktop !!
I am told by some folks that I should use an email address that does not contain my actual name - perhaps I should use my cat's name of MooMoo and Fluffy.

That's what I did last month when my Win10 crashed. Bought a new one. restored files using Carbonite, logged into Adobe.com, and re-downloaded all my apps. Worked fine.
