If I had the days available to miss work, I would have loved to document the vast difference between the content of the opening statements. Feinstein and other Democrats, thus far, have devoted their time to scare tactics, fear mongering, innuendo, and thinly veiled character assassination. Feinstein even tried to suggest following the conscripts of the Constitution as it pertains to nominating a SCOTUS justice is undermining the Constitution.......?!?!?! Apparently, Ms. Feinstein has a different Constitution than I do.

The left have devoted their attacks so far on suggesting ACB will be 'an activist' or 'beholden to Trump' and other suggestions devoid of any judicial evidence.

There are several videos of ACB online, dating back several years, in which she has said clearly that it is the job to evaluate the law as it is and not as one might wish it to be, even when, especially when, so doing might cut against personal preference. These statements preceded her nomination, and because they did, I'd suggest they are truthful comments.

If there is someone who is actually a threat to the validity of the Court, I'd have to say it's a candidate who won't promise not to expand the number of seats, a move with only one purpose, to install judges that WOULD be activists for the left's causes.
