The Constitution of the United States is the document of the organization and duties of the government. It both grants responsibilities and limits responsibilities.
It describes ways that allow for its amendments and thus should be followed when changes are required. It is NOT "flexible" to be changed or interpreted at the whim of ANY current administration.
Vote for whoever one wishes and I'm sure one will however the Constitution should stand as the rock of our Nation.

If anyone believes anything Biden or any other democrat says or writes, and in Biden's case it most likely was said or written by someone else and he is just using it uncredited, I know of a very nice bridge for sale you'll probably want.

Bobbi, What he actually said was that if you re-elect Trump it will fundamentally change this country and it will jeapordize the democratic republic for years to come.
What Biden actually wants is a return to sanity. He believes that a President should represent all the people of the United States, not just the ones that voted for him.
I understand how you may confuse the two if you're a Republican, your mental capacity probably isn't what it should be.
