Bill, I like the simplicity of the visual design in this image. I like the placement of the tree on the left that practically anchors the photograph and becomes the center of interest. I also like the rendition of the sky.
If it was my image I would increase contrast a bit and burn-in to taste the shadows on the water. Understand that my taste and vision is something very subjective and we are all different.
I believe this is a great shot.

Beautiful shot. I love the moody gray sky. I think I prefer the moody sky over a bright blue one. Great capture.

A very pleasing photo.
The only thing that has me puzzled is that the sky has so much going on there... so many different tones... and the reflection reflects none of it. Maybe just the angle.
