Dave again, I use a Lumix as my go to camera, but my main cameras are Nikon's, I could switch to this set if I new more about it.

The Nikon 1 system is a mirrorless system that uses a 1" sensor. The lenses are Nikon and are unique to the Nikon 1 cameras. The crop factor is 2.7 so the 10-30mm lens has a field of view equivalent to a 27 - 81mm on a full frame camera.
