I am curious about your technique - they look more like layers than in-camera multiple exposures to me... what am I missing?

I have a camera that does double exposures, it is interesting to do but I find you have to have the right subjects to make a good picture..
Very good, I have done this before and with the right subjects you can produce very good pictures like you have done..
