I had the driver stop the car so I could get this shot. I know what I'll do with it but I'm curious. What would you do with it.

A view across Snoqualmie Valley looking at the Cascade foothills.

Myself, I'd keep it.
Then again, I have a bunch of the Smoky Mountains while on I-81.
Memoirs.....

Thanks for your input, Longshadow. Sounds like you might be a sucker for misty, layered hills/mountains too.

Yes, that, plus a bunch of my shots are for "been there, this is what I saw" memories when they are not hangers.

Definitely keep it. Memories for when you get stuck in flatland.

Keep them. I keep everything that's a memory, storage is getting cheaper everyday. As software gets better and my own skills improve I am able to resurrect some of them. Some of my most important memory shots are certainly not "posters" but they have more value to me than the best wall hangers I have shot.

Neil, I think you have a great image. I would keep it and play with sliders in Lightroom to enhance the lovely image.

Thanks, pattycakes. I left flatland in 1962, arrived in this part of the world in 1966, and here I stay.

Right on! Amazing what advances have been made in software.

Thank you for this comment. I have made a minor attempt to enhance it, but will get serious now. The Missus likes it, so would be nice to get it wall-worthy.

You have plenty of time to discard it if that is what you end up doing. The size is too small for me to make any judgment but something I can tell you, the image is underexposed by at least 2 stops of light according to the histogram.
Fixed the underexposure and work a little bit more on the image to your taste. Then make a decision. You have the advantage of looking at the original.

Nice composition, I would boost the contrast a little!

I would keep it. You certainly could do some PP on it if you had a mind to or leave it as it is for the memory.

I would process it and crop it until I liked it and then keep it in a ‘selection’ folder. I actually toss very few photos -my bad.
