Great foliage! Especially the first.
What was the sky (Clear? Overcast?) and could anything bring out blues or grays?
I think a CP would lose the great reflections.

Overcast (that's why the'white sky". THe heat on water, from a bright sun would "rough up the water, and killed reflections

So are the enhanced colors a product of your camera (Nikon has Picture Controls, don't know about Canon) or is your computer software pushing-the-envelope?

Both images are SOOC with no special settings. It was a magical morning in an early New England autumn. Many people stopped, eastbound on rte 44 just east of the R.I. border and took cell phone shots
