About 2 hours ago I felt a very slight "bump" under my feet. on the ground floor of the house. Was there any report of a very small earthquake in N.E Ct. Small (not felt) quakes occcur everywhere frequently. Did I feel one? Or am I nuts

Also, Sunday there was a 4.6 a little over half way across the Atlantic, straight east of Nova Scotia.

COULD BE RATS.......just kidding
One way to check for an earthquake is to look in the toilet bowl and see if the water is moving. Or a fish tank if you have one.
It happened to me a few days ago.
It turned out to be just an intestinal disturbance.

I think that only works if it's a t-rex walking past.
Jerryc41---Bad grits will do that, don't blame quakes.
If you are a Yankee or a Damn Yankee living in the South, the Jefferson Davis Revenge can cause great intestinal disturbance, along with bad drugs, bad grits or pease porridge hot or cold.
