In camera double exposure

This technique falls under topic 'multiple exposures'. Since I did just only two exposures that is why I call it double exposures. You may shoot several images and then combine them into one in photo shop or let the camera do it for you. It is fun to do this kind of photography.

I assume you are using a modern design digital camera. What technical steps did you use to get these multiple exposures. The camera has to super-impose two or more images. How, what menu settings.
