Future maybe... I am thinking about a Canon 100 -400 lens but I haven’t taken many pictures w/80D or really become proficient at using it... so not looking to replace/supplement it till they work out heat problems, etc on R5.
... also this week have ordered a $3600. Laptop and bought a $780. Pistol... so I will try not to melt the plastic with more purchases for now. Especially since I am thinking about a 2021 Suburban... but non like I want on the lots yet.

We have 2 40D Canons which I find covers my sports photography.We also sell cameras,so, have various Bridge and P & S we can use if needed.Am happy with what we have

I have the 100-400 lens and an 80d. Great combo. Why not get the R6 $2500 and the 600mm prime $699. An adapter will let you use old lenes. $1000 more and you get one of the best camera's out there and a good lens.
