Unless someone is using a similar name that software is made by Franzis in Germany, one of the leading European photo software companies.
Their stuff is very good, I have used the first and second generations of some of their stuff. I only stopped because I had too much trouble getting their programs to tie into Light Room and Photo Shop as plug-ins. I understand they have since solved that problem but I am now tied into Topaz AI series plug-ins. I am pure PC, no Mac (well some Android stuff)

Mac and Windows. That appears to be an old version from a 2nd party vendor. Here's a link to the current product: https://www.projects-software.com/sharpen

It's good software. I use it regularly (Windows version).

Before more people bring up Topaz or PhotoShop , I already own them. Topaz works less than 1/2 the time and PhotoShop works but not any better than other standard apps so still looking.

Ok, I am pretty impressed with this product. Cheaper, faster, and lots more controls. I compared the same image with PS, On1 Raw 2020, and Topaz. Couldn’t tell the difference with Topaz and better than PS or On1 Raw 2020. And cheaper.
