This whole "riot" not protest , thing just may all wrong. Turns out that the Loyd death may not have been caused by the police. The autopsy revealed that he had a lethal amount of opiates.in his stomach He was complaing "I can't breathe" before the knee thing. If that is true the cop who "killed" him may not be guilty o murder
I agree but dare not voice it like you.

The media in this country needs to be held accountable. If they print lies they should be slapped. Lol

So, if what you say is accurate, shouldn't the police have called for an ambulance?

Yes, while continuing to keep their knee on his neck.
I believe police officers are trained in first aid in general and A B C in particular.
An off duty EMT asked them to check his vitals and they refused.
This was bad police work.

I not say that the police acted properly, they did not. bbut they may not be guilty of murder. With a good lawyer, the opiods on board, may lead to lesser charges. If so, look for more riots. In fact, if murder is the only charge at trial, the cops may walk.

Does that include FOX News?

If the President tells lies, should he be slapped too?

I suspect that for a "lethal amount of opiates" - an amount to stop you from breathing - it would first render you unconscious. And the amount required to suppress respiration depends on a lot of things - how much you are used to having in your system, what other respiratory depressants are in your system, what degree of sleep apnea you have, etc. This is the police unions wet dream. It sounded like he was complaining of being claustrophobic in the back of the police car, which they were pretty much ignoring. As I have mentioned in this forum before, a knee on the neck can kill in several ways. One of which is pressure on the carotid body, which can slow the heart rate down to a fatal level - and yet would not leave any evidence behind.
