So let me explain......

Back in the Minolta days, I loved Minolta warm colors, so when Sony bought out Minolta, I jumped on the band wagon, I had been shooting Nikon and Canon but bought the Sony a100 and have been shooting Sony for years now, I bought it because I could shoot all my beautiful Minolta lenses and have those beautiful Minolta colors, but as time change, Today Sony with Sony lenses have lost those Minolta colors and shooting Minolta lenses on a high tech mirrorless camera just not the same to me.

Today my tasty desire has changed, Today (JMO) I think Fuji has the best colors out there and have been looking hard at Fuji cameras, so that brought me to do some testing on my Sony a7rII to see if I could match
Fuji colors, and I'm very, very close.

What I have found after countless of hours of testing If I set the camera to creative style Vivid go -1 on contrast, -1 on saturation and -1 on sharpness it is really close, but still looking at Fuji cameras

So for what it's worth here are 3 test shots using that process.

Well, I sold my a6000 and want a back up, so more test to come, It's between two cameras The Sony a7II and Fuji X-t2 I'm leaning towards the Fuji right now.

These have come out very well Johnny ! That first one in particular is a beauty.

You are right about Fuji though. A lot of reviews are in favor of Fuji these days. But then again, A6000 has been touted as one of the best in that market segment too. I am still leaning towards the old glasses - Nikon/Canon/Pentax/Zuiko/Minolta. But that's me

Thanks much Sundar, I'm a big fan of old glass, I think I have something like 17 prime lenses in old glass, I can shoot them on a Fuji also, I really have enjoyed my a6000 over the years, I just think it's time to move on, try something different.

Because of the darker backgrounds the first two really pop. However, the color looks excellent on all three to me.
