Didn't know if you would like this one or not, Posting is a little slow so I decided to post it, Spent about 2 hours
with my dogs in the back 40 yesterday, this is the only picture I shot but we had a good time.
It was overcast and the temp drop from 107 Sunday to 95 yesterday, it was somewhat a relief.
It is a shot of a Wild Plum tree branch, very old plum tree, not much life left in it. The plums are really little and not very good, You have to catch them just at the right time to be any good, nothing seams to eat them, this tree dropped around 2,000 plums last year left on the ground to rot.
Please use the download for a better view and Thanks for looking!!!!!

Perhaps if you pruned your tree, it would produce more & better fruit?
Neat shot, Johnny. Bet you could make a texture out of it, too. It is sad when 95 degrees is a relief!

Johnny, love the details, nice and sharp in a DDL. Excellent photo and I also have a large Plum Bush and when I can get to it I always have a plum or two. Like I said it is a bush but is huge like a tree.
Greg
I really, really like it and it would make a great wall hanger for a home decor with nature's color pallet.

Not just some color, Johnny, but a blast of beautiful color! I'll bet this is a lovely old tree, and I love the peeling bark! Magnificent shot!!!
