If you're still looking for this lens, I have one in like new condition with box. Don't have a skylight or hood, though. If interested, please PM me at wph-mw@sbcglobal.net.
Hoods for that lens are widely available and inexpensive...
Canon OEM ET-63.... $19.95 (B&H)
Vello ET-63............. $11.95 (B&H)
Skylight? Filter? For "protection", I assume. If so, any 58mm filter will fit. A skylight or UV or "protect" filter is pretty unnecessary and mostly just a waste of money, though. It's a $300 lens, brand new. A good quality, multi-coated filter... one that won't impact image quality too much and will minimize, but not entire prevent reflections in challenging lighting conditions... will cost $30 to $50 or more. And, even the best very filter is unlikely to "save the lens", if it's dropped or something. The lens hood is nice and deep, and does a better job "protecting" the lens.
See:

Appreciate your investigative work.
Thank you.
But my budget can’t exceed 75.00.
Thanks!
