The contract is with Eastman Chemical not Kodak. Eastman is an international company in the specialty chemical business. Just like Polaroid was. The Kodak name is still out there for photo products; they sold the brand name. Take a look at the Kodak name on the cameras, it slightly different.
Eastman Chemical was spun off Kodak years ago. They have been mixed up with Mexican Mafia, and doubled their size several years ago aby buying another international chemical company. They have more production facilities in countries other than the US.

You mean he didn't want any comments?
And it
really matters?
Sorry, It Is Kodak: The contract is actually with a new Kodak Pharmaceutical, a division of Eastman Kodak, the version of old company we all know. Contract is to specifically make drug ingredients in this country to reduce alliance on China. (First plant to be in Rochester). After their bankruptcy in 2012 they have struggled to reinvent with emphasize in medical scanning, imaging, etc. Believe they did sell off their camera rights - who cares, they missed the digital conversion. My source - their annual reports & news releases. Own, ahh owned some of their stock until today for their imaging potential, this AM price too good to pass up. Stock symbol KODK.
It is one thing to sell the name for a camera, and another to sell all rights to that name for all camera rights... Many American manufacturers license foreigners to make their products these days. They get a cut just for the use of their name. Who knows who owns what these days? UHH here is probably secretly owned by the Koch Brothers or Rupert Murdoch.
