Trump made another mistake... The contract is with Eastman Chemical not Kodak, in spite of what he said. Eastman is an international company in the specialty chemical business. Just like Polaroid was. The Kodak name is still out there for phot products; they sold the brand name. Take a look at the Kodak name on the cameras, it slightly different.
Eastman Chemical was spun off Kodak years ago. They have been mixed up with Mexican Mafia, and double their size several years ago aby buying another international chemical company. They have more production facilities in countries other than the US.

According to what I read the deal is indeed Eastman Kodak not Eastman chemical which has not been part of Kodak for 25 years.
