Sunrise, Mt. Rainier at Lake Tipsoo

Got up early the other morning to take my wife to the airport. She had to be there by 4:30AM so I decided to continue on and head up to Mt. Rainier to see what the sunrise on the mountain looked like. Happy with the results.

Have you ever tried shooting from the tarn on the other side of the road? Gives you a much better view of the mountain. Wish I had been ther with you I have been thinking about going back up for a couple of days just to get out of the smoke here in the valley. Nice shot BTW!
