What's the pixel count on the camera?
What mode (image size) do you have it set for?

If it's around 13Mp, an 11x14 should be good unless you have the resolution set low.
(like 640x480)

Can you update to "Store Original"?

The thumbnail is only 64K in size.

Interesting, the original is 4Meg in file size (5.2Mp).
Not sure how that works for an 11x14.
Possibly too low for an 11x14?
Lets see what others say.....

What you posted is nowhere near an 11x14 aspect. I'm curious if you cropped for printing, or did Walgreen's, or was something done to squish the image to attempt the proper size?

Here is an example of 11x14:

I found this chart a long time ago.
Purple good, orange bad.
I don't remember what the numbers in the boxes represent.

You can’t expect a good print when the download doesn’t look good.

The numbers in the grid appear to be the pixels/inch to get the print size with a given mp value. For instance for 8x12 at 322 mp/in 8x322x12x322= ~9.95 mp. I checked several others and they gave similar results.

Since you're back, can you reply to my earlier observation: What you posted is nowhere near an 11x14 aspect. I'm curious if you cropped for printing, or did Walgreen's, or was something done to squish the image to attempt the proper size?

Perhaps this relates to your dissatisfaction?

let me check the upload the walgreens, they might have compressed the image upon download.

The aspect of the image you posted to this thread is close to what my online editing app calls "cinema." Your print had to be cropped to come out as 11x14. Or it is really distorted

This is 11x14:
