I am unaware of Biden condeming all the violence, looting and the destroying public property. If he is not, he is complicit in this activity, and therefore encouraging it's continuation. If I am wrong. please show me his response

There are no Democrats that I know condemning anything other than DT.

He has not responded. If he responds the way Trump does, he loses votes from the left. If he says that he endorses what is happening, then it will feed the Trump campaign. He's keeping his mouth shut.

Google is your friend. He SHOULD be saying more...but you can't say he has been silent.

Four separate occasions:

"But there is no place for violence.
No place for looting or destroying property or burning churches, or destroying businesses — many of them built by people of color who for the first time were beginning to realize their dreams and build wealth for their families."

"Protesting such brutality is right and necessary. It's an utterly American response. But burning down communities and needless destruction is not. Violence that endangers lives is not. Violence that guts and shutters businesses that serve the community is not."

"If we are complacent, if we are silent, we are complicit in perpetuating these cycles of violence. None of us can turn away. We all have an obligation to speak out."

“We need to distinguish between legitimate peaceful protests and opportunistic violent destruction,”
