Outdoor Photography digital edition
Does anyone else have a problem reading the digital edition of the Outdoor Photography magazine on iPad? I find it very difficult to turn the pages, and more annoying, there is a message box in the middle of the screen that says "Click to view full screen". When I do that it says to press F11 - on an iPad!!
Any hints on how to get rid of that would be most appreciated.

Could be you have the wrong version of the app loaded.

No, there is no app. I get an e-mail from the publisher with a link that opens up the digital copy.
Cancel your subscription like I did. Don't like the digital version.
I recall that when I subscribed, there was a choice of what device I was going to use to read it. Perhaps you log in and see if there is a reset option.
I'm certainly not fond of the digital format, but I read it on my desktop. Everything seems to work nicely. It's just that I never read the entire thing in one sitting, and I am not able to download it in order to keep it on the computer and read at my leisure. Sort of defeats the purpose for me.

I’m also a subscriber to the “print” version and emailed OP as soon as I got the first email feeble email. First to ask why other magazines that I subscribe to didn’t see the need to go to digital circulation and also asked for a link so I could download the mag instead of having to save the email. The publisher never answered the first question, but did send me a link to a website that had all the digital copies. I was also told via email that normal publishing would resume with the Aug issue. We know that didn’t happen. I fear OP will be the next victim....
The “only” benefit of digital is the ability to zoom. All magazines seem to have gone to a tiny sans serif font that is difficult for this senior to read.
I do not even like reading it on my laptop a 15 inch model. I cannot even think about trying it on an ipad.
In digis, there's a little round icon w/a tale on it, press it & the picture comes full.

My complaint about the digital version of OP is they don't allow you to download a PDF of the issue to refer to later, as I could with the print version, which is what I signed up for.
I bought a subscription to Outdoor Photographer in April and, after numerous emails and phone calls, I still don't have a link to download the July issue.
I just sent another email to the OP subscription dept this morning and I'm breathlessly awaiting their reply (sarcasm intended).
It's a good thing I'm retired, so I don't have anything better to do with my time!
Didn't your camera come w/a disk? if yes, stick that disk into the compartment on your tower 2 download updates?

I too had to email the magazine to figure out a way to read it. Now they send me an email with a link in it so I can get to it. I think my problem was resolved when "My account" had my correct email added to it.
I would also prefer a pdf copy too as then I could increase the font size if needed.
I have no problems reading mine on my iPad pro

I emailed the magazine and was soon after sent a link to my library on "emagazines." It has the ability to zoom on content However, no download indicated. I just emailed them and asked why.
