Some of those were new and some of those I have seen on youarenotaphotographer.com It even refers you to the site at the bottom of the post. And yes some people shouldn't be photographers.

I am speechless! Could we be seeing the effects of the Americans With Disabilities Act. . .for those who are legally blind, yet have this drive to be photographers? I wonder how many of there "photographers" have received federal grant money?

Nope. I know a photographer who is totally blind, but photographs by ear and instinct. He has NEVER shot anything near that bad.
