Some guy advertised this old convertible sports car for sale on Craigslist for $3000. I was interested because I live in SoCal where a convertible would be a nice ride most of the year. He shows up and I take it for a test drive. This car was quick but had no top and gets terrible gas milage so I offered him $2500 and he took it.
Did I get ripped off? No back seat for our dog and can't tow my boat. Just thinkin' of all the cool camera stuff I could have bought with the $2500. Perhaps buyers remorse? Just asking, chase

What a beautiful car. Sure should be a whole lot of fun to drive. And if you decide to sell it you would probably get 2-4 times of what you paid for it. If you were to add a top then at least 5x more. Looks to be in great shape -- how does the engine sound?

OK, this is April 1, right. These cars sell for $25,000 to $30,000 in sunny Fla. The motor is worth 5K with tranny, quite frankly this is not believable for a car that is not stolen.
