This is one of my favorites of this series. Classic pyramid composition with triangles. The lighting is spot on, thanks to Bryce of MPW, and her expression is strong. Shot at F13, ISO 400, 1/100 sec. Multiple Strobes.
What does this figure pose suggest to you? I'm looking for ideas to adapt it into another image. Thanks.

This has been a really enjoyable series. She is very artistic and obviously very strong.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Great series for sure. Gary

Sometimes we all strive for a "catchy" title that we forget that "Untitled" is very appropriate for many studies.
The series you have presented to date have been fascinating and entertaining, to say the least.
I agree with all of the above. This is a fabulous series.
Thanks you guys. She was a classic. Almost got twenty good shots from this session, most ever from a modeling session for me but I just have a few more to go and then I am done.

All of your shots of this young lady are my "favorites". She's exceptionally gifted. Athleticism, looks, physique...she's got it all.

All I had to do was show up with my D4s and add a little post processing afterward.
She got a lot of strength. front side or in a hanging basket might be another choice or even parallel bars.

Absolutely beautiful series!!! Love every shot!
Someone already mentioned Crouching Tiger so...how about her waving/carrying a Betsy Ross thirteen star, leading the charge into battle. You could even put a tricorn on her head. Sans clothing, of course.
I think that your whole series of these have had excellent lighting, detail, are sharp and great composition.
In my humble opinion this series has been so exceptionally strong and the model such a rare find to adapt the photos to other images would just "carnival" them up. But your pics so do as you wish but I am a firm supporter of "if it isn't broke don't break it".
I think this may be my favorite of this series so far. It's well-framed and the lighting is extraordinary. The geometric division of the dark background is unique and bold. Also, the position and rotation of her figure against the background are perfect, with both breasts being in profile and highlighted. Kudos.
As for what it reminds me of, with the legs being perfectly in opposition I was thinking about the leap of a ballet dancer. The straighter a dancer gets their legs in a leap, the more the illusion of height is conveyed to the audience. You often see photographs of top dancer's leaps at apogee where the legs are perfectly parallel to the stage. This subject is like that, except tilted.

Thanks for the comments and thanks for the suggestion. It's a good one. I've shot a lot of ballet and it didn't click in till you mentioned it. This is one of my ballet shots.
