Looking at some used glass from MPB and, while intrigued, I'm still skeptical.

Anyone have any dealings with MPB and have some thoughts to share?

I know the reputation of some other dealers, just looking for some comments for MPB.

I went & looked at their site & was impressed with all the used Camera equipment they have.

It's been a while - 15 years - but I bought a used Canon 20-35mm lens that arrived but didn't focus "flat across the distance." I took a couple of pictures, put them in an email that described what happened and they immediately sent me instructions to return it. Great service, honest folks. And several past posts here have said the same thing.

Very friendly.
No problem other than they wanted my bank account info to pay me.
Sent me an old school check instead.

Retired CPO Loc: Travel full time in an RV

I bought both my D850 and my D500 from them. No problems. They are an English company with a store in New York. One thing interesting is that they have the shutter count on every camera that they sell.

They pay the highest prices for mint equipment, basically what you would get on EBay minus the fees but their selling prices are kinda high.
