Crop it, to rid the photo of the tree in the upper right hand corner, and I would lighten it up just a tad.

Lose the leaves. Check (store original). Meter the brightest highlight at Exp. Comp. +1.5

Looks like a decent photo of the sky (i think), not sure i would have done anything differently.

First .., always post in download mode especially when asking for suggestions ...
As mentioned.. take out the tree...., and then there are a zilling free photo programs to edit to obtain contrast and clarity .., to your liking ...
