I've found ISO 3200 gives best flash color and picks them up. I'm using an a7II ISO 3200, 55mm 1.8 set at 2.8 for 20 seconds, but you need darkness, the red streak of light in the field is coming from the streetlight about 500 ft away and the light lighting the yard is from a solar light about 10 ft behind me. Here is another shot but with my 35 2.8 set at 2.8 and 15 seconds. As long as you don't get stars in, you can go longer.
