It was built in Chatham docks in Kent ,which is just down the rode from me,they have a large model of the ship in the dock museum and the original is in the navel base at Portsmouth.

No, the best we had was the Constitution with 44-50 guns and the Constellation with 38 guns. Probably a good thing that HMS Victory never crossed the Atlantic.
