OK, you have a Nikon 300mm 2.8 lens and your complaining about the price of a teleconverter?
Pony up Gianfranco47. Keep it right, keep it in the family and buy the TC14EII.

I paid my 300mm used a couple of months ago at 650$ case included , cost of the Nikon converter is about 400$ , that’s why I need to save some money

I concur. You have a tremendous lens...use the teleconverter that is specifically designed for it.
You can check out B&H...Adorama and KEH for used copies if the price is too steep for your comfort level.

Your thinking about adding a very (questionable quality 3rd party teleconverter) to a quality lens, it just doesn't make any sense.
You might as well go out and get a tamron 150-600 lens if your going to add a cheap third party teleconverter to your high quality Nikon lens.

Check this article from Nikon:
https://www.nikonusa.com/en/learn-and-explore/a/tips-and-techniques/using-teleconverters.html

Or go to Nikon USA and look up teleconverters they show compatibility list for each teleconverter.

Before I turned in all my Nikon gear for Sony I used a Nikkor 20-200f2.8 and 300f4 w tele converters. I bought a Nikkor (used) and a Kenko new. The Kenko didn’t hunt as much and the quality was (imho) just as good. I would go the Kenko!

I bought the 1.4 and the 2.0 Kenkos, used both with my Nikon glass and ended up biting the bullet and buying Nikon. VAST difference.

Use only the Nikon tc that is matched to that lens. A third party tc will compromise the image quality of that wonderful lens.

If price is a concern, and if you are willing to sacrifice AF, consider using a Nikon TC 14B tc. But make sure that it is compatible with your particular lens._ This tc is a manual focus tc that I have used with great success on Nikon manual focus long lenses.

I have Nikon's TC 1.4 II and have used it A LOT with my Nikkor 400 2.8 VR G. Amazing combo. Nearly impossible to detect any loss of IQ without a really serious amount of pixel peeping on Hi Res monitors. Even then it is marginal. No impact for AF even with BIF. Just as many keepers as when not used.

I have a TC 1.4 III. Really sharp and I get 15 focus points with my D850 and 80-400mm. Get a refurbed one if you can find one.

If you don’t go with the Nikon TC14EII you will kick yourself in the. Ackside later on. I got one at MPB for a really good price for my 300AFS 2.8D and it is a great TC. By the way the lens you have like mine will not mount the version III so you need to stick with the version I or II.
