Blacks don’t have equal access to small business loans. Stop flooding the country with immigrants legal and illegal regardless of color.
Encourage investment in black communities by corporations.

Why would an employer hire a black youth who decided to join a gang rather than attend school. As a result, no high school diploma.
Why would a black youth want to work, when the Democrats provide housing, food, medical without having to work for it? It would appear that the black youth would rather be a lazy victim than being a working, productive human being. Since black women have babies over 75% without a father at home, how can a black male get direction and guidance to be a better human being?
