...Nancy and Chuck and House and Senate Democrats held moment of silence today at the Capitol’s Emancipation Hall, reading the names of George Floyd and others killed. They then knelt for 8 minutes and 46 seconds - in protest of police brutality and violence. Hmmm, if they are attacked or robbed, will they or their families call the police to help???

Maybe not a joke....more like a tragedy. When the Democrat leaders in the House and Senate condone violence by supporting Black Lives Matters, they are giving out a message that it is ok to attack, riot, loot and even kill in the name of "being black". BLM is not a peace-loving group, by any means....and giving them carte blanch to continue with their rioting/looting/killing is not a good idea.
But it's a great opportunity to pander for votes...

9 unarmed black men were killed last year out of a total of 41 of this type of deaths. Whites led the pack with 21.
Over 2,500 black men were killed by other black men at the same time and nothing has been done by the Democrats, ever.

Actually, the Democrats did do something back in 1994. Joe Biden led the Crime Bill which he is trying to live down now. Such a predicament for these Dems.

Yeah, Federalizing the police, stomping all over the 10th amendment is a great idea, putting the police under the thumb of Washington Bureaucrats, what could possibly go wrong?
