A little Imfo
#1 Center of one of my Day Lilies, I have over 200 day-lilies we grew from seeds they are in full bloom right now, will try to post some of them at a later date.
#2 I was playing around with my Sony a7rII the other day and had discovered if I shoot in .jpg it has a soft focus mode, well you know I had to give it a try, so this is what it looks like straight out of the camera (NO EDITING) Not bad, I might have to play with it some more.
#3 Another Cactus bloom, they are so beautiful but short lived and close at night.
#4 100% digital painting, Painted in Corel Painter 2020 using oil and texture brushes.
#5 A wild flower from the back 40, Don't know what it is, Processed in Luminar 4 using a soft focus preset, then LUT preset then a magenta overlay.
#6 I really like the way this Purslane turned out, Also processed in Luminar, except used a soft focus portrait
preset of about 50% opacity, then a little glow.
#7 Texture shot of my Cannas leaves, This is a red cannas that lives under water in my pond, it will get over 8ft tall then bloom, the bloom is also ruby red.
#8 My Queens are back counted 16 of them this morning on my Greg's mist, More to come, we had hundreds
of them the last three years. Added a textured BJ.
#9 Shot early one morning straight into the sun, I like the sun rays, colors, Bokeh This picture has what I like the most, Highlights, Mid-tones and Darks all in one.
Hope you enjoy the downloads!!!!
Thanks for Looking!!!!!

Thank you Bev, Really appreciate it, For central Texas we have a nice place, I gave up a brick home in town for this, we have worked hard putting it altogether, we improve a little at a time each year.

A little Imfo br br #1 Center of one of my Day Li... (
show quote)
an incredibly impressive beautiful series, ht...I can't say which I like best because they are all equally
beautiful. you must not have any deer around there, or those beautiful lilies would be history.
the only way I can grow lilies now is put them in pots and up high on the deck. lol. enjoyed both the
art and the explanations.
