The real no brainer here is to think Israel has only one or just a few Nukes - I am quite sure they have as many stockpiled as would be needed to obliterate within a few hours "ALL" of it's enemy's major military locations - they know how long & what it takes to make nukes because they did it years ago for protection - the other fellow want to use it for "Extermination". If they - Israel strikes first it will not be just a simple one shot - it will be a full ass kicking bombardment - they have to - they are sooooo outnumbered both man power and machinery.

Obama is going to waste the lives of every soldier, male and female, who has been killed, maimed and mentally scarred, from every nation that has taken part in the current conflict in Afghanistan, by pulling everyone out in 2013. Just as Russia did, we'll be pulling our service people out in humiliation as in Vietnam, after years of achieving nothing except grief for millions of families back home. IF he still has the balls he was born with, once our soldiers are out, instead of a letter of apology, (a great possibility IMHO), a couple of months of bombing raids in the mountains to flatten the country and exterminate the vermin still hiding in their caves, would be a better option.
Parting thought...This world will not know peace as long as one Nation wants to obliterate another, and is allowed to try!!

A news program last evening had a segment indication the US Navy's readiness in and near the Straight of Hormuz. Two aircraft carriers with our best attack/fighter planes. Recent navy war games with the Israeli Navy.
