Have a Gralab 500 timer that is used and has some tape marks and scratches, etc. Plugged in and tested all features. All seem to work. Also have some Jobo tanks and lids up on eBay and other small Jobo parts. Let me know what you need/want. thanks steved3604@aol.com and re:Ugly HH.
I have a Gralab 500 that I bought in the early 1970s. I use it every day, as a kitchen timer. Works better than any of the alternatives....large, easily read hands that can be seen from across the room, and a "time's up" buzzer that cannot be ignored. Makes me smile every day to be reminded of the time spent in darkrooms.
Highly recommended for you cooks!
Oops, just looked at mine. It is a 300. Sorry to muck up your thread.
If your a fan of burnt edges on your foods,....or especially burnt chocolate chip cookies,....mmmm
,....a smoke detector makes a great cooking timer,....just saying
I am a fan of cookies burnt around the edges but never thought of using a smoke detector to obtain them. LOL
