Cooper's Hawk taking a bath

A couple of days ago, my wife saw a Cooper's Hawk taking a dip in one of our birdbaths. He hung around for over 15 minutes, enjoying the water, before he took off. He also came back yesterday for another abbreviated splash. The photos were taken through our kitchen window.

Oh lucky you, Gym, and what beautiful shots!! I have a feeling the other birds let this one take its bath in privacy!
