I have certainly encountered writing, sometimes on this forum, in which the grammar or spelling errors made it impossible for me to understand.

Actually, it looks quite a bit like some of the other posts made here. In an earlier one today, I read that someone was doing some "witting"?? And, yes, I understand that he/she meant to use "writing." I suspect that that talent is related to the ability to translate vocal regionalisms. I know that listening to someone from New Jersey (Jusy) gives me a headache. We recognize the intended meaning of words used improperly (their, there, they're; your, you're). It is, I suppose, some indication of the actual power of the human brain, of which about 2% seems to be in use normally. Imprecision is possible with the fuzzy subjects. Just don't expect to succeed when using it with math or computers.

I can read and comprehend it easily. But after 50+ years in printing with a good share of that time in typesetting, editing, and proofreading, it did make my brain hurt a bit as I struggled to resist grabbing my red pen and making corrections!
