My Levi's from the year 2000 have a thoroughly ripped right knee, and they're stained with paint and grease. My other pair, from a few years after that, are showing their age. Last night, I ordered two pairs from Amazon for $22.00 each. An ad on Google showed me these lady's jeans for $98, and others cost up to $250. I wonder how long they will last.

Where are you getting Levi's for $22? Cheapest I have seen is $29.99

EDIT: I just found them on Amazon. "Signature" Levi's.... Seems they are thinner than regular Levi's... Wonder how well they will hold up...

Here's a pair on sale for $50, down from $70 - pre-ripped. I'm buying new ones because the right knee of mine looks like the left knee of his. I guess i don't try to keep in step with the latest fashion but buying jeans with rips at the knees, on purpose, and at three times the price you'd pay for regular jeans that are not ripped?

My granddaughter loves them. I do wear designer type jeans but pay around $40 - 50$ for them and no, they do are do not have holes.
I certainly did not want to be critical of you. Just "playin" a bit.
