Great looking home. You should retake those photos and turn the sign so you could read it and have "FOR SALE" on the first one and "SOLD" on the second! However, I am sure you will be happy there!

Wife wanted to down size 10yrs ago. Went from a 2 story 1847sq/ft to a 1 story 1865sq/ft. Dumped the stairs. More storage/junk space for her.
