Great image Ernesto. To me an Apple is a vertical image. I think the Apple would have more impact if you cropped it as a Vertical. My 2 cents.

Your image has a simple elegance, Ernesto. The beauty of the apple stands out against the black background with just enough lighting. I find your minimalist style of food photography, as evidenced with the apple, the blueberries and the cookies, very appealing.

I love the dark space around it. I think haloing it in post would soften the edges a bit and give it even more pop.
