I'll let you know as soon as I get it. I ordered my February 25th and I hope to get it this month. I have high expectations as I already have an XT-2 and am very pleased with it.

Not my experience but from a friend who had the x-T2 -- He was using various parts of three systems at the time. Fuji, Nikon, Olympus. He said his photos from the Fuji were the best but he hated the camera for the way the controls and menus were set up. He felt he got the best saturation and depth in his Fuji photos. I found out from another source that was because Fuji set their processor to imitate their highly popular Fuji film which was so popular because of the deep and saturated blues and greens it produced. This was only so because he was shooting jpegs. With RAW files which contain all colors and densities there would not have been a difference. I think if you shoot jpegs, you will love the results. With RAW you will get wonderful shots but will not get the full use of the photos until you post process them. Dennis is getting near 70 and really liked the Olympus for its size and weight and the fact he could put several lenses and a couple of bodies in a back pack and not have much weight to carry around so he is developing a good Olympus system currently. For Nikon, he likes the menu system and the reliability of the equipment best but no longer wanted the weight. He just added the 12-100 lens to his set and loves that lens. It gets about as many Kudos as any lens on the market currently.

I have both the Fiji XT-2 and a Nikon D750 but I find myself using the much heavier D750 because I find the menu much easier to navigate than the confusing menu of the XT-2. I really need to find a YouTube video on how to use the XT-2 because I enjoy using this camera.

(Lately, all of my UHH replies end up in my Junk folder for some strange reason even though I set up a rule in MS Outlook directing such UHH replies to go to a specific folder. Good thing that I checked the Junk folder)

I also have an XT-2 and I love it. I would rather spend my money on lenses than upgrade as I only shoot photos and don't need stellar video capabilities. I switched from a Nikon to the Fuji for the weight and the "old school" ease of use (reminded me of my old Nikon F2). I didn't find the menus hard to navigate as many seem to report. And, as stated, the jpegs are great right out of camera.

Check out The Angry Photographer's YouTube review. You might not like the fellow's personality, but he certainly does know Fujifilm cameras.

I am a Canon guy, formerly a Nikon guy, but when you compare the price of this camera, versus other brands, it seems overpriced. Plus it is not full frame. I recognize that it appeals to a certain niche and that its lenses are very good.

I have the Fuji X-T2 (very similar to the X-T4) and I prefer it over my Canon cameras which I used for 20+ years.
There is a learning curve but it is easily acquired.
Once you get it down it is very easy to use and the controls remind you of the film days in that once you get your camera set up you do not need to go into the menus very often because most of the controls you use are the multi-layered stacked knobs, dials, and joy stick on camera body. It feels like a film camera. Straight out of camera JPEG colors are incredible. Fuji glass is also amazingly sharp and auto focusing is crazy sharp! Hardly ever need to sharpen photos in post processing. What you see in the view finder before you take the shot is exactly what you get! Love my Fuji X-T2!

While still working as a travel photojournalist I bought an XT-1 to lighten the load of my Nikon D750 and pro glass. I shot both systems for a year before selling all my Nikon gear and upgrading to the XT-2 and several Fuji lenses. The Fuji images are spectacular both in RAW and jpg. (When shooting RAW you can easily have Lightroom or Photoshop convert the files to any of Fuji’s film simulations to get the benefit of Fuji color while also having the additional editing flexibility of RAW files.) I then upgraded to the XT-3 which I love. For those who think the Fuji menus are confusing, I would simply say, spend the time to familiarize yourself with them. In fact when I still owned my D750 I started to find Nikon’s menu confusing compared to the Fuji, mainly because I was using the Fuji more than the Nikon. A great Fuji resource is Dan Baily’s book, “X SERIES UNLIMITED.” It has been upgraded to include the XT-4. While Fuji seems to have hit another home run with the XT-4, I don’t see enough features to make me upgrade my XT-3. The XT-3 is a little smaller and lighter, an important factor for me. You may want to read DP REVIEW’s XT-4 vs. XT-3 comparison. Either way you can’t go wrong with the X Series.

I have the XT-3 as well, and am amazed at the accuracy of the colors. One thing not mentioned, besides the fact that they are the only camera manufacturer that is also a film manufacturer, and put their expertise in film into their cameras, is that the do NOT use the common Bayer pattern that all other camera makers use. They developed their own pattern, which gives better colors. They also don't have a filter in front of sensor, so it gives sharper photos.

Not all filters are created equally, the Nikon D5 for example uses a low pass filter and delivers beautiful SHARP images. A low pass filter does not mean less sharp images.
