I finally got out of the house to take some new pictures, and headed to a small local park which was officially closed. Standing in the parking lot outside the park, I noticed quite a few other cars there with people sitting in them just looking out over the water. This young couple were the only ones I could see actually in the park.
Today our Governor is reopening the parks and golf courses, but he made sure to let us know it wasn't because of voter discontent or the large protests going on in the state.
Thanks for sharing this, Bill. It made me feel like we are turning the corner finally.
Nice serene shot, Bill--glad you’re out.

I'd like a slice of that myself. We're still pretty much closed up here in Delaware. Take some shots for me, too, Bill.

Thanks Joe - glad you liked it. I hope we are finally turning the corner and returning to something that feels normal.

Thank John - glad you liked it. It just felt good to have the camera in hand and the chance to work on some new pictures again.
Very nice capture. I think we are all suffering from some degree of cabin fever. Just the fact that the parks are opening can’t be nothing but good for the psyche.
Keep shooting and be safe.

Thanks cameraf4 - NJ parks are officially reopened today, so I will definitely be out shooting. Hoping that Delaware opens up soon for you.

Thanks Frank - I'm glad you liked it and appreciate your comments. I for sure have a severe case of cabin fever. Just looking at what's going on nationwide, I think the end is in sight.
Hope you can get out and about and shoot some new stuff - it's certainly good for the soul.
