Hi everybody,
My friend, Bill, pointed me at UHH and I have been thoroughly enjoying myself, scrolling through the section.
My dad introduced me to photography back in the middle of the last century and I have been a Nikon guy since I bought a Nikkormat with my bar mitzvah money. Photography has always been a serious hobby, never a money maker for me. These days I am opting for lighter weight over professional glass. A couple of weeks ago, I succumbed to pandemic boredom and bought a Z50 to replace my D5500.
So far, so good. I snuck out of the house and drove over to the Mississippi River in Alton on Sunday and got a few pelican pictures. Here are two of my favorites. I know... 16:9 is a weird format but it fits my computer desktop. :-)
Cheers,
